Lakshminarayana has said the very fact that Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy and TDP leader N. Chandrababu Naidu have sent their MLAs to China to study the rapid strides it has made in the recent time bore ample testimony to the relevance of communism and the communist-model of administration. Besides achieving a remarkable success in the export of its produce world over, the Chinese government was also providing exemplary services to its 110 crore population. He said in contrast, though the size of the Indian budget has increased from Rs.25,000 crore to Rs.85,000 crore, bulk of it was going towards schemes which only benefited the capitalists. T.
