Relationship centres opened for Airtel customers

CHENNAI: Mobile service provider Airtel inaugurated four new Airtel Relationship Centres (ARC) at Porur, T. Nagar, Bharathidasan Colony and Ashok Nagar last week.

Mahesh Thampi, Chief Operating Officer, Mobile Services, Chennai, and Rajiv Rajgopal, CEO, Mobility, Chennai and Tamil Nadu, Bharti Airtel Limited, inaugurated the centres.

The company has established 30 such centres across the State over the last two months. It has promised that all ARCs would be a one-stop shop for post-paid, pre-paid, STD, ISD and roaming activation and bill payment and query resolution services.
