‘Mirchi’ launched

Radio listeners in the city, especially those addicted to FM, have now one more choice in the form of Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM, which was officially launched on Tuesday. FM listeners in the city have so far had the choice of listening only to the All India Radio’s Rainbow Krishnaveni.

The blend of programmes that the new station will offer to its listeners includes an early morning show called ‘Filter Coffee’, followed by a lively breakfast show ‘Hello Vijayawada’. ‘Ladies’ Colony’ will cater to the tastes of women from different walks of life and ‘Matinee Show’ will equip the listeners with the gossip news.
