High Court directive to State Government

Hyderabad: The Division Bench of the High Court on Tuesday directed the Government to give details of the funds earmarked for special component plan for welfare of SC and ST communities during 2006-207. The Bench was hearing a case filed by John Prakash of Prakasam district, who complained that the funds are being diverted. The Bench wanted the details of the moneys earmarked, spent and diverted. -Legal Correspondent
