‘Godava’ going great guns

VISAKHAPATNAM: ‘Godava’ is going great guns and we have decided to increase the number of prints of the film,” said noted Director A. Kodandarami Reddy.
He was here along with his son and the film’s hero Vaibhav as part of a success meet on Wednesday. “I was apprehensive whether the public would approve of a director’s son as a hero but the impressive collections during the first week indicate their acceptance,” a beaming Mr. Reddy told the media.
The shooting of ‘Godava’ was launched on Bheemunipatnam Beach near the city and later it was shot in Araku and Malaysia. Vaibhav said that he was presently shooting for a Tamil film ‘Saroja’. The film, in which he plays the lead role, is expected to be released in February.
