GULBARGA: Two women committed suicide in separate incidents in the district on Tuesday. According to the police, Mallamma Huli (50), a resident of Vadgera of Yadgir taluk, committed suicide by jumping into the Bheema. In the other incident, Reshma (25) committed suicide by consuming poison at Gamvar village in Jewargi taluk, allegedly because of dowry harassment. She was rushed to the district hospital in Gulbarga, where she died without responding to treatment. A case has been registered — Staff Correspondent
