PUDUCHERRY: Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and General Secretary of All India Congress Committee V. Narayanasamy has urged the territorial administration to introduce Goondas Act to curb the activities of anti-socials. Mr. Narayanasamy told reporters that the government should convene a special session of the Assembly to bring the legislation into force.
