MCD remembers revolutionary leader

NEW DELHI: Glowing tributes were paid by senior MCD functionaries to revolutionary leader Bal Krishan Munje on the occasion of his birth anniversary on Wednesday.

Deputy Mayor Divya Jaiswal garlanded the leader’s statue and said the life of Dr. Munje was full of struggles and sacrifices. “He was strongly opposed to caste discrimination and his ideals are worth emulating even today,” he added.
