4 envoys present credentials

NEW DELHI: Envoys from Israel, Colombia, the Netherlands and Japan on Wednesday presented their credentials to President Pratibha Patil.

The President interacted with the envoys — Mark Sofer (Israel), Juan Alfredo Pinto Saavedra (Colombia), Bob H. Hiensch (the Netherlands) and Hideaki Domichi (Japan) — and said India was committed to promoting peace and prosperity in the world and building friendly relations with all countries.
