KANNUR: Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Ramesh Chennithala has said that the KPCC will organise a mass gathering at Pathanamthitta on December 15 to protest against the ‘failure’ of the government in Sabarimala. Leaders of all religions will participate in the gathering, and there will be all-religious prayers at the function. Speaking at a press conference at Valapattanam here on Wednesday, he said the State government’s ‘failure’ to make arrangements before the start of Sabarimala season was an affront to Sabarimala pilgrims. Mr. Chennithala said that the pilgrims were at the receiving end of a dispute between the CPI(M) and the CPI.
