Basketball workshop

CHENNAI: The three-day basketball workshop, organised by the Tamil Nadu Basketball Association in joint venture with the Consulate General of the United States of America, was inaugurated at the JJ Indoor Stadium on Wednesday.

Seventy-five children were coached by J.D. Walsh, the American who has worked in China, Doha and Israel, on Wednesday. The Tamil Nadu State teams (men and women) will have sessions on Thursday. Friday morning has been scheduled for college students.
