Massive plan to improve power supply

BHUBANESWAR: A sum of Rs. 600 crores will be spent to improve power supply in the State. A decision in this regard was taken at a high-level meeting on Thursday.

Presiding over the meeting, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik emphasised the need for providing quality service.

Under the new initiative, the Grid Corporation of Orissa will set up as many as 132 KV substations at 14 places, . three 220 KV substations and two 400 KV substations.
