Alappuzha
ALAPPUZHA: The Navy Band under the Southern Naval Command will give a public performance on the Alappuzha beach from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. on Sunday. According to Navy release, the band comprising 40 musicians would play martial music, western and Indian classical, jazz, pop and popular numbers from Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil films. The event will be open to all and entry is free, the release said. —Staff Reporter
