Homecare project review meet today

MALAPPURAM: A review meeting of Pariraksha, the comprehensive homecare project of the District Panchayat and the District Administration, will be held here on Saturday.

As many as 29 grama panchayats are being currently covered by the project, which ensures care and solace to the chronic and terminally ill poor patients.

Mathews Nambeli, district Pariraksha committee member, said that the project implemented through grama panchayats had gone a long way in ensuring homecare for the needy.
