Industrial estate inspected

PERAMBALUR: Small Industries Development Corporation (SIDCO) Chairman and Managing Director D. Rajendran on Thursday inspected the progress of the work relating to the establishment of SIDCO industrial estate at Elambalur near Perambalur. The industrial estate is coming up on an area of 50 acres.

Mr. Rajendran said 68 out of the 81 persons to whom land had been allocated in the industrial estate had paid 25 per cent margin money.

The lands had been levelled, he said adding that technical sanction would be accorded shortly for creation of necessary infrastructure facilities.
