Kurukshetra-Punjab match drawn

VIJAYAWADA: Kurukshetra University drew with Punjab University (38-38) in the pool ‘B’ women’s section of the all-India inter-zonal inter-university netball championship for men and women, which began at the ANU campus on Friday.

Host Acharya Nagarjuna defeated Annamalai 50-17, while Osmania outplayed Bharatidasan 56-31.

The results: Women: Gurunanakdev bt Pt. Ravi Shankar 41-36; Acharya Nagarjuna bt Annamalai 50-17; Osmania bt Bharatidasan 56-31; Kurukshetra drew with Punjab 38-38. — Sports Reporter
