Arudhra festival begins today

MAYILADUTURAI: The 10-day Arudhra Darshan festival of Lord Nataraja at Panchavateeswara temple at Ananda Thandavapuram village in Nagapattinam district will begin on Saturday.

V. Swaminathan, temple secretary, said there would be special poojas for Lord Nataraja and the deity’s holy dip in Amirdhabinthu Theertham will be performed daily.
