Lok Satta for mobile courts in rural areas

HYDERABAD: Lok Satta national coordinator Jayaprakash Narayan while welcoming the approval of the ‘Grama Nyayalayala’ Bill by the Union Cabinet suggested on Friday that each ‘nyayalaya’ should be set up in every mandal or one for several small mandals.

Dr. Narayan, who had played a prominent role in drafting of the Bill, stated at a press conference here that along with rural courts mobile units should be constituted with clear powers.
