Indian Bank wins

Chennai: Indian Bank beat Tamil Nadu Special Police 3-1, in the CFA senior division football league at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, on Friday. Ramesh scored two goals (9th and 47th), while Santha Kumar netted in the 64th minute. L. Kanagaraj reduced the margin in the 36th minute.

In the first division league, D.B. Annai Youth defeated HVF 4-1. Sakthivel (3rd), Riaz Ahmed (25th and 68th) and Charles Raymond (65th) scored for DB, while Senthil (59th) was the scorer for HVF. — Sports Reporter
