Eye screening camp

The Centre for the Welfare of the Aged organised an eye screening camp in the city on Saturday. Ophthalmologists from Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital participated in the camp, in which more than 150 persons were screened for eye problems. The Rajasthan Youth Association Cosmo Foundation conducted an eye camp in the city recently. A team of eye specialists from Sankara Eye Hospital, Pammal, screened the patients. More than 750 persons took part in the screening camp, of which 75 persons underwent cataract surgeries and 133 persons received spectacles.
