KURNOOL: K. Prabhakar Reddy was re-elected city secretary of CPI(M) at the two-day conference on Saturday and Sunday. A seven-member secretariat including Mr. Reddy was constituted to take care of the party affairs in the city while 23-member panel would monitor it. Mr. Reddy told The Hindu on Monday that the party would fight for construction of underground drainage system in the city and proper water supply.
