Sibal defends nuclear deal

NEW DELHI: Union Science and Technology Minister Kapil Sibal delivered the inaugural lecture on the proposed Indo-US nuclear deal at the golden jubilee celebrations of Delhi University’s Zakir Husain Postgraduate Evening College on Monday.

He said the deal was in the overall interest of the country to sustain its economic growth and generate energy for its needs.
