Plots auctioned for Rs. 98.2 crore

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Development Authority on Monday auctioned three of the seven plots for hospitals and nursing homes in North-West and South-West Delhi.
According to a DDA spokesperson, a one-hectare plot at FC-50 in Shalimar Bagh was purchased by Max Health Care.
Another one-hectare plot at PSP Rohini, Sector-22, was purchased by Agrasen North Ex-Welfare Society.
The third plot measuring 2,063 square metres at Sector-1 in Dwarka was bought by the Maharaja Agrasen Charitable Trust.
Against a reserve price of Rs.96.87 crore, the DDA managed to rake in Rs.98.2 crore through these auctions.
