Recruitment drive

Recruitment of Home Guards in the city will be held on December 19 and 20. According to the Area Commander, Home Guards, P. Karmega Mani, the basic qualification for appointment is a pass in X standard. Persons aged between 20 and 40 years can send their applications to the office of Home Guards between 10 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. Priority will be given to those who had enrolled in National Cadet Corps (NCC) and participated in sports, according to a press release.
