Thiruvananthapuram
Thiruvananthapuram: A four-day training programme for professional drivers of the Technopark fleet of vehicles began on Monday. It has been organised by GTech, the Group of Technopark Companies, to promote road safety awareness. The programme was inaugurated by Jacob Punnoose, ADGP (Intelligence), at Technopark Club. Technopark companies have employed around 600 drivers. This apart, another 5,000 private vehicles are used by Technopark employees. In the first phase, 30 select drivers trained. The remaining drivers will be trained in batches, a release said.
