Tamil Nadu Housing Board’s new project

Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB), Special Division, Coimbatore, has announced that under the self- financing scheme, 72 apartments with 48 middle income group and 24 high income group flats are to be constructed at Ponnaiahrajapuram in the City. The project would have roads, street lights, drainage facility, and drinking water supply facility. A release from the Special Division, Executive Engineer, K. Balachandran said that those willing to buy these houses could approach the TNHB office for availing applications between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. till January 8, 2008. Filled-in applications should be given with a non-refundable registration charge of Rs 1,000 and 15 per cent down payment. Filled in applications can be given at the Cowley Brown Road, Special Division office of the TNHB tillJan. 8, 5.45 pm. .
