“Putin’s victory will strengthen ties”

NEW DELHI: Hailing the victory of President Vladimir Putin’s party in the recent elections in Russia, Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president J. P. Agarwal has expressed the hope that it would further strengthen the friendship between the two nations.

Speaking at a function organised by Indo-Russian Friendship Society here, he commended Mr. Putin’s dynamic leadership.
