IFCI fixes price for conversion of bonds

NEW DELHI: IFCI, currently in the process of finalising a strategic partner for a 26 per cent stake, has fixed the price at Rs. 107 for converting 1,300 crore zero coupon optionally convertible debentures issued to PSU banks and insurance firms into equity shares.
