Special Situations Fund from Birla Sun Life

BANGALORE: Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company has launched its new open-ended ‘Special Situations Fund’, focussed on corporates expected to increase their earnings and share value in the current spate of mergers, demergers, and acquisitions within and outside India and consolidation of companies within a group or sector, Mukul Gupta, CEO, Birla Sun Life, told reporters here on Tuesday.
