Visakhapatnam Port Trust created a record on December 13 by discharging 15,278 mt of Di Amonium Phosphate in a day. The cargo was discharged from mv Messidor at berth number EQ-5. The previous best was 14,605 mt in a day.

The cargo was imported by Indian Potash Limited, Chennai. While Gangi Reddy Shipping was the stevedore, Sarat Chatterjee and Company was the steamer agent.
