‘Criminal’ held

NEW DELHI: A 32-year-old proclaimed offender has been arrested in Chandni Chowk here. According to the police, Hari Prasad was arrested in Company Bagh on Monday. He had been declared a proclaimed offender by a Tis Hazari court under the Arms Act.
