BIDAR: The district administration has announced cash prizes for paintings depicting historic structures, and the art and culture of Bidar. The selected paintings will get a cash prize of Rs. 5, 000. The paintings will be used for preparing posters for Bidar Utsav-2007. Those interested can send in their paintings to Assistant Director, Department of Kannada and Culture, Ranga Mandir, on or before January 1.
