Legislator arrested

Sangareddy: The police arrested Dommata legislator Solipeta Ramalinga Reddy for obstructing government officials from performing their duties in Dubbaka on Wednesday. The legislator, who has been spearheading protest programmes demanding more buses for the Dubbaka depot, closed down the MRO and the Mandal Parishad Office in the town after evacuating the staff. The police intervened when the TRS legislator returned to close the offices which were opened by the employees.
