CS-4 cell test for HIV patients

KORAPUT: OSACS, in association with the district administration conducted CD-4 cell count, a test for the HIV/AIDS patients facilitating them to receive ART, at Koraput and Jeypore today. The technicians who had arrived from Berhampur collected blood samples from 79 patients including 13 children by conducting special camps in the VCTC at Koraput and Jeypore. The reports will be made available to the patients only after 20 days, official sources said.
