Workshop held

Tuticorin: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Tuticorin unit, conducted a workshop on ‘Six sigma and lean implementation’ here on Wednesday, to disseminate world class manufacturing concepts to industrial units.

R. Aravindan, chief executive officer, Sharpthinkers Business Solutions, explained how the implementation of ‘six sigma’ practices could reduce manufacturing lead time and increase the gross profit margin as well as operating margins considerably.
