Reparenting of lines

The BSNL Chennai Telephones is transferring about 2,000 phone lines in the Kelambakkam exchange from an AXE Switch to an ESWD Switch on Thursday. After the change, phone numbers from 27474000 to 27474999 and from 27475000 to 27475999 will be transferred. A BSNL press note said the numbers would remain unchanged. For assistance, subscribers can call SDE Groups Kelambakkam on 27475725 or JTO Groups on 27474333.
