Nadeem Aziz shocks Sethi

HYDERABAD: Karnataka’s Nadeem Aziz recorded a memorable victory over former World champion Geet Sethi 77-0, 64-45, 29-64, 71-8 in the senior snooker league group match of the Seaways Group-sponsored National billiards and snooker championship here on Wednesday.

Continuing his impressive run in the league, Nadeem, known for his unpredictable way of striking rhythm during a game, displayed exactly that feature to the surprise of the formidable Geet.

It was not that Geet was not in good touch but his rival was superior and made optimum use of the visits to the table to score points when it mattered most.
