Ramachandra posts win

CHENNAI: Host Ramachandra University ‘A’ team defeated Sri Andal Alagar Engineering College by 16 runs in the Dr. Sarat Chandra staff cricket tournament being held here.

The scores:

Sri Ramachandra university ‘A’ 142 for six in 20 overs bt Sri Andal Alagar Engg College 126 for six in 20 overs (Godwin 49, Arvind 33, Hariharan three for 14)

Jeppiar Engineering College 62 in 15.2 overs (Sundar Raman three for 10, Joseph three for 25) lost to Dr M.G.R. University 63 for five in 13.2 overs.
