TDB staff plan fast

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State committee members of the Travancore Devaswom Employees Front will stage a day-long fast in front of the Secretariat on Friday demanding immediate redressal of the problems faced by the pilgrims in Sabarimala and streamlining the functioning of the board. Front general secretary G.Baiju said in a release here on Thursday that while the board was heading for a crisis, the differences of opinion between Devaswom Minister G.Sudhakaran and the board members should not affect its routine functions.
