Man arrested

BERHAMPUR: Putulu Ramulu of Digapahandi was arrested by police when he allegedly attacked his father. On Nov 4, 2002 Ramulu was arrested by the police in a connection with the murder of his sister’s infant daughter. A few weeks ago he was released from jail as the court acquitted him due to lack of evidence. Villagers alleged that after returning from jail Ramulu had started killing animals like cats, dogs and lizards to eat their flesh, which was a gruesome sight for his neighbours.
