Two killed in wall collapse

SRIVILLIPUTTUR: Two persons were killed in a wall collapse at Chockampatti near here on Friday evening. With this the death toll due to rain in Virudhunagar district has gone up to five.

The police said that the wall of a private match factory fell on M. Ramani (21) and her niece, S. Kavitha (2), at around 5 p.m. They died on the way to hospital. The M. Pudupatti police have registered a case.
