Jammu: The Border Security Force has handed over a young man to Pakistani rangers along the India-Pakistan border in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir. The young man, a resident of Shakergarh district in Pakistan, was arrested by BSF jawans near the border fencing area in Kathua, official sources said, adding that he appeared to be mentally disturbed.
