Jagan’s birthday celebrated

HYDERABAD: Congress workers and youth organisations vied with each other to celebrate the 34th birthday of Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, son of Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, on Friday.

A peace rally, blood donation camp and distribution of fruits to patients marked the occasion.

Legislative Council Chairman A. Chakrapani inaugurated a blood donation camp organised by YSR Yuva Sena at Ravindra Bharati. Marketing Minister M. Mareppa said it was time Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy entered politics.

Peace rally

Members of the Jagan Charitable Trust took out a peace rally from Lumbini Park to People’s Plaza. Representatives of Jana Yuva Sena distributed fruits to patients at NIMS.

A blood donation camp was also organised at Padmalaya studios. Congress party workers and others put up huge posters of Mr. Jagan Mohan all over the city.
