Parks for senior citizens

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government plans to set up parks for senior citizens in all districts, Health Minister P.K. Sreemathy said here on Thursday. Inaugurating a discussion on the policy for elders, organised by the Senior Citizens Friends Welfare Association, she said the government viewed the problems of senior citizens as social problems. “The government has issued an order sanctioning special counters for senior citizens at medical college hospitals,” she said.
