National meet begins today

Tuticorin: A two-day national conference on ‘Excellence in life’ will begin here on December 22.

The programme is jointly organised by Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidhyalaya (PBKIVV), Engineering Council of India, Builders Association of India, TNEB Engineers’ Association, TNEB Engineers’ Sangham and Indian Society for Training and Development.

Speaking to reporters here on Friday, K. Asha, Rajayoga teacher, PBKIVV, said that the programme was aimed at teaching the IT professionals, executives, technocrats, scientists and industry leaders how to balance one’s lifestyle through meditation.

Techniques to use spirituality as a tool to stay ahead in the competitive world and the methods to promote professional ethics would also be explained.
