Elevated to IAS cadre

New Delhi: The Union Home Ministry has elevated eight DANICS officials to the cadre of IAS. Those who have been promoted are Deputy Commissioner of Central Delhi Ramesh Tiwari, DSIIDC Executive Director Reeta Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Northeast Delhi V. P. Rao, DFC Director D. S. Pandit and CMO Alka Deewan. Special Secretaries in Andaman and Nicobar S. M. Jha, Kailash Chandra and S. P. Sodhi have also been promoted.
