Police officers’ body president dead

HYDERABAD: V. Anantaramulu, 52, president of the Andhra Pradesh Police Officers’ Association, died at a private hospital here on Friday night following prolonged illness. He was undergoing treatment for the last one week. He is survived by his mother, wife and two sons. Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy in a message from Kadapa on Saturday condoled the death. –Special Correspondent
