Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Minister Singhi Ram, who was denied Congress ticket for the just-concluded Assembly poll in the State, on Saturday denied that he had resigned from the Virbhadra Singh Government. “There is no truth in this (that I have resigned from the government),” he told PTI here. “I am a disciplined soldier of the Congress and have accepted High Command’s decision with all humility,” said Mr Ram, who was denied Congress ticket for the Rampur Assembly seat. He said he had no plans to quit the Ministry to embarrass the Chief Minister.
