Some relief from cold wave

NEW DELHI: The Capital got some relief from severe cold over the weekend with the minimum temperatures rising by 2.2 degrees Celsius to reach 10.9 degrees. Saturday morning also witnessed windy conditions although the temperature remained unaffected, the weatherman said. The weatherman predicted a mainly clear sky and said the minimum temperature would remain more or less the same in the next 24 hours.

Though there was a thin layer of mist on Saturday morning, airport officials said flights operated normally.
