Details to be furnished

Thiruvananthapuram: All bill drawing officers should furnish certain details in statement form along with the PF Schedule (GPF Schedule - TR104) attached to the salary bill when they submit their salary bills for January in the treasuries, a Finance Department note issued on Saturday said. Date of birth, date of retirement, date of joining service, date of joining GPF, name of post, name of office of present employment, address, pin code, telephone number and basic pay as on March 31, 2007 are the details to be furnished. The Treasury Officers should ensure that these details are furnished before passing the bills. — Special Correspondent
